GROUNDS MAINTENANCE
Huntwick’s current contract for maintenance of the common areas of Huntwick is with Hou-Scape Inc. They also are responsible
for planting seasonal flowers at entrances and other landscaped areas. The sprinkling systems at the maintained area are the
responsibility of Hou-Scape. By agreement with Harris County, Huntwick (through Hou-Scape) maintains the Champion Forest
Drive Esplanade from 1960 to Bermuda Dunes Drive.
MOSQUITO CONTROL
Our contract for mosquito control is with Excalibur Pest Control. Fogging is performed once per week commencing April 1st and
ending October 30th, weather conditions permitting. When conditions cause a higher than normal mosquito density, Huntwick
contracts for twice/week fogging (or more, if necessary). The fogging truck drives each street and cul-de-sac in Huntwick, generally
10:00 PM. Larvacide treatment and foggings do not eliminate mosquitoes but simply reduce the number we have to contend with.
